Greenwich Market Lantern Parade & Christmas Lighting Ceremony

At Greenwich Market, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. A beloved tradition featuring local schoolchildren with lanterns they have made themselves. The procession starts at the Old Royal Naval College at 4 p.m. and ends at Greenwich Market.

St. Alfege Church Advent Service, 6:30 p.m.

The first day of Advent is celebrated at St. Alfege Church with this special celebration at 6:30 p.m. The service will be followed by mulled wine and mince pies.

Pantomime Horse Race
